how's everyone doing? great i hope.. Another year has come to celebrate Valentine's day. What have you been planning for this special day as it's the time to spread and express your love. Couples can express their feelings one another by sending flowers, chocolate, gifts or having a candle light dinner. Singles can do same thing as well with their friends or family. Just because you're single doesn't mean you have to celebrate it alone, right? Invite your friends to have a small barbeque at your house and then filled the evening by sharing your story or dreams. You can also take them to go to a theatre and watch those romantic movies together and imagining yourself living with one of those romantic character :D hahaha..

Well, whatever way you choose to celebrate this special day, I hope you will have a great time. For me, sometimes celebrating it in a simple way is much more meaningful. Hmm, in this material world, love cannot make you rich, but hey, if you have love, you are rich and you can be richer if you do everything in your life with love :) Coz most of the time, it is not the price of the gift that counts (although sometimes it is :D) but it is the effort and attention you put to it that counts :)

Finally, I can run my new website now and you are the first person that I inform :) Well, it is still very new and I am still managing the store as I am going to sell crafts materials etc. It's a painful work honestly because I have to deal with our very bad internet connection here :P But I'm very thankful to my hubby for helping me and for being very patient dealing with this connection problem. Yeahh, I'm not that clever when it comes to computer or internet troubleshooting.. I'm so lucky to marry him :)

My previous website and name "Caramel Crafts" is no longer used and I have changed it with "Plumeria Crafts". It's like having a new baby :) this is something that I have to maintain carefully and consistently. I just hope that this time I will not screw it up. I hope that I will be able to face all the obstacles that may come. My new website is very much different then what I had before. This time I centralized all freebies that you can download directly along with free e-cards and the sentiment. The collections are still not much yet but of course I will keep on adding and updating it. I really hope that there will not be any problems with the web and hopefully soon I will be able to activate the store too :)

Wishing you a happy lunar year filled with blessings, wealth and prosperity!

All this red and gold colors are fulfilling the atmosphere to celebrate this lunar year. The rain that keeps falling down for the past few weeks cannot stop the spirit of the new year. Some says that this is a year of dragon and it's the best time for those of you who wants to make changes in their lives. I'm not sure if that's true but however, it's very interesting! Maybe by knowing the meaning of the year will give us more spirit to keep focus in doing whatever we decided to do. Well, what do you think? :)

Most important thing for me is hoping that my friends can celebrate this lunar year in peace. And although the rain is falling heavily tonight, don't let it stop you from going to the temple and do your ceremony.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday to all of my family and friends!

I hope you had a wonderful holiday and celebrated it with lots of love, joy and laughter!! :)
It's been quite long time since the last time I updated my blog. And glad to be back here again to wishing you a happy christmas :) You can feel the breeze of Christmas spirit since last month. Lights, flowers, green and red colors and all of those holiday theme are everywhere coloring this island with joy :) This year I'm glad to give a friend my old small christmas tree as she needs it more than I do. Yes I do like christmas tree because I always love to see how people decorating it :) Although I don't celebrate christmas but I'm happy enough to see my family and friends are celebrating it peacefully.. and that's all that matters, right :)

Well, many things had happened to me for the past few weeks. Hmm, let's see: First, my work volume is increasing suddenlly :P and it has pushed me to postpone many of my personal plans which I regret. Second, I am sad to have to leave my DT task at AI Factory Graphics :( even if I enjoy my time there but I don't think I can fulfill the responsibility. I am very thankful to Asma the owner and other creative DTs with the chance they gave me. It was wonderful experience working with them! Thank you all and I'm gonna miss you so much. Third, my hubby and I have just finished moving all of our furnitures and stuff to the new house, the great thing is it's nearby the beach (well, not by the beach though :P only nearby the beach about 5 minutes drive with motorbike) and next week will be our first night to live there.. sooo excited :) And last but not least, I'm now in the mid of preparing a simple online craft store with a brand new name :P Actually I have missed my own deadline for this, but well, sometimes we have to put aside our priority for more other important things.. anyway, once it has finished I will surely tell you all about it :)

Those are at least few things that had happened to me. And although I am not a part of AI Factory DT now but I do suggest you to visit their site and join the challenges, you will not regret it as they have lots of great digital stamps etc. and you will learn a lot from the amazing creations of the DT :)

AIF Challenge #98 - Something Red

Hello there,

It's been a while since the last time we had challenge with AI Factory! It is sad that we also have to say goodbye to our talented DT Leader Tammy has stepped down due to her personal reasons - she's such a wonderful person to work with and we're all gonna miss her so much!! - Now it's with a great pleasure that we welcome her replacement who is one of our talented DT - Petra -! Goodluck with the new assignment, Petra and we believe you can manage the challenges very well! :)

Some changes on the rules is that Petra have changed the day of our challenge so instead of THURSDAY, she has decided to run it every WEDNESDAY. She wanted all of you to have more time to create you project! great, huh! :) And another thing is that you don't have to use AIF image, but if you do then you will have the chance to win two digital stamps!! how cool is that??!! :)

Okaayyy, now here's the challenge for this week, the theme is Something red, use anything that is red and our DTs are using the Christmas Birdie image which you can find here. It is soo cute and we love it and it can be used on every occassion too :)

Here's a card I made to celebrate this special day'

My drawing theme is Qurban animals Camel, Lamb, Goat and Cow which are partying on heaven :) and I added a short sentiment too hehe.. Since I'm still learning to draw and to use Adobe Illustration so I have to say that I'm quite happy with the result hehehe..

For this card, I used Prisma Color Pencils for the coloring, Rose paper pattern from scraps that I collected :P then I used a wood embellishment and small organdy ribbon..

That's all and hope you had a good time celebrating Idul Adha this year and for those of you who are starting another working day tomorrow --that includes me--

Hi Everyone,

Glad to be back here again for another challenge from AI Factory Challenge Blog.

This time the theme for this week's challenge is Autumn. I hear that fall is coming in other part of the world! We don't have autumn here but we do know that the colors of autumn are sooo beautiful!! I love it so much! :)

Myself, I'm making another simple card for this challenge.. I printed out the image on the card paper and stamped it with "Friend" sentiment and embellish it with two pink of jeweleries seal. I gave soft blue and green colors on the sentiment background. And I draw bones on each side of the paper.. I also cut their heads and attached it to the card paper using foam tape..

Happy World Card Making Day everyone!
At last I can upload this card after struggling with my internet connection again ;P

Anyway, for those who love card making, I believe it's a great feeling to celebrate a card making day! :) I don't think words are enough to describe it. Myself, it's always a great feeling knowing that although we never meet but we are sharing what we love doing and celebrating it with the rest of the world..

This year, I hope you had a wonderful card making day! AI Factory Challenge #94 - Tri Colored {22nd September - 6th October}

Hello All!

Hope things are going well with you! today I'm posting a new challenge from AI Factory.

The theme is Tri-colored, so you will need to use any 3 colors on your project.
The challenge will run for 2 weeks again so you have plenty of time to join us :) For this project, we are using the Ella Fairy image chosen by one of our talented DT Petra.
I'm a big fan of Ella images so I'm sooo very happy to play with her again :)

The Tri-colors I chose are Red, Blue and Yellow. The card is simple and I created and printed out the sentiment next to Ella "Far away I fly, just to say hi! {smile}". I put Ella on the card using double tape foam and stamped the blank card with "hi" word. I also gave a little glitter just to give a fairy look on her small wings :)

AI Factory Challenge #93 {9th-22nd Sept} - Back to School/Teacher

Finallyyyy, I am connected to the internet!!! Ahhhh Gosh what a week it has been! I'm so sorry that I'm so late in uploading the challenge again.. having been disconnected from the internet is really frustratring. I have changed my modem and i hope that this kind of disconnecting will be history but let's see if the provider can cooperate too, if not, then i just don't know what to do coz i have tried so many different kinds of internet provider and the results are still far from satisfying :P

Anyway, today is not about my internet :P I'd like to upload AIF new challenge which has been running since Sept 9th and will end by Sept 22nd. Since AIF now has moved to a new location so therefore please notice that there has been some changes on the rules and regulations too. However, it does not lose any fun and you can still winning prizes! I'm telling you, the prizes are soooo delicious :) The theme is BACK TO SCHOOL/TEACHER and am using Ella Teacher's image.

As for my self, on this challenge, I'm making a paper bag and a paper clip with Ella's image. I love working with Ella coz she's just sooo cute!

I printed out Ella on a paper then cut it into elipse pattern then colored with Prisma coloring pencil, after that I glued Ella on a clip paper, thus it can be used to clip the paper bag and also you can use it as a bookmark :) I made the paper bag out of A4 size recycled paper (coz I don't have big sizes paper), I made the flower by cutting an orange color paper then put a black draing paper so it will look a bit like sunflower :) then I handwritten the sentiment with Prisma coloring pencil, my aim is to make it like writing on a blackboard at school (reminds me of my childhood :)

Celebrating Eid El Fitr 1432H! {+AI Factory blog hop info}

Happy Eid El Fitr to all of my moslem friends and families around the globe!!!

I hope you will forgive all of my mistakes (should there are any :) and all unpleasant things I've done which I may not realized! I hope that you and your family will always be showered by God's blessings! Amen.

I feel sooo happy after visiting my family although in a very short time! But well, it has been wonderful Eid El Fitr day for us, lots of laugh and fun ofcourse! I just hope God still give me another chance to meet Ramadhan month again next year :) There are soo many things I want to write here about my Eid El Fitr celebration, but unfortunately I'm too tired as I had just arrived at my house few hours ago and I didn't get the chance to sleep on the plane and now it's already 2.00 am here :P

soo I think I have to postpone my story and will tell you all about it next time :)

OOhh, but before I go to bed, I just want to let you know that AI Factory graphics has a new website! Anything Goes - AI Factory Challenge {Aug 4th - Sept 1st}

Hey there! hope things are doing well with you today! well, it's already the second week of August.. how time flies by so fast. I have been very busy at work and home.. but no matter what happen in my life I'm still trying to keep my spirit high in making cards :)

Now I'm sorry for my lateness again in uploading the challenge but I'm happy to share a great news from AI Factory that this month is we're having a long challenge! This is due to they are updating their new sites with lots of exciting stuff, so stay tune to get the update! Meanwhile, the theme for this month's challenge is "Anything Goes". I'm using the above Up Up and Away Air Balloon image from AI Factory but not using it for a card this time, instead, I am making a refrigerator magnet. I printed out the image on a magnet sheet and colored it. Unfortunately the paper sheet is a bit glossy on the surface so I can only color it with coloring pens.

Hello there..

I'm back again!!! Missing my blog so much.. I've been quite busy at work and been having migraine and cold since last week that had kept me away from my laptop :P Today I feel much better after my hubby gave me a massage treatment yesterday!! :)

Now I just wanna show you the card I made for AI Factory Challenge which has started on Thursday last week and ended by tonight :P the theme was "Handmade by Me" which means we are using anything made by ourselves, it can be embellishments, papers etc :) I'm using the Ella Ballerina image from AI Factory which you can find here.

For this theme, I made my own flower embellishment from yellow yarn. First, I draw the flower pattern on a paper and cut it. I applied glue on the pattern and covered it with yarn. I gave a small bead on the flower to make it sweeter.

AI Factory Challenge - Stripes and Spots {14th - 20th July 2011}

Hi there,

Hope things are going well with you! :) Sorry again for my lateness in uploading the challenge, I was supposed to upload this challenge on Thursday, yesterday but quite frankly my internet connection at home has been unreliable and haven't got any other choice yet. So just have to stick with it for a while before I can get a better service provider :P Well, another week has come again for new challenge at AI Factory. The theme is stripes and spots. Use any of your material that has spots and stripes pattern, can be papers or cloths :)

I'm using the above beautiful "Princess" image from AI Factory which you can find here. She's so elegant and cute at the same time! I just love her! :) Anyway, I make another simple card, I created few layers of frame with spots and stripes pattern and I made them all on word program. I glued the princess on a plastic scraps, embossed the background with floral pattern and stamped the sentiment on the bottom side of the frame then embellished it with small metallic ribbon & four red spots on each corner of the frame.

Notes book from scraps of sticker label papers :)

HI Everyone,

Hope you're enjoying your weekend :) Mine is gonna be ended within few hours. I must say that this has been really exhausting weekend for me! I managed to clean all the mess at my house :P and found stacks of scraps papers that I compiled with deep intention to use them all someday :P Well, I then took the time to use it at least for one project. So I ended up choosing label papers scraps. You see, when I made wedding invitations, I printed out the address of receivers on sticker label papers and I have many of them that were rejected because the results of the printing was bad or wrong. And as always, I didn't have the heart to throw them away as I can still use the back of the paper to write notes or even to make a sketch.

Then I decided to make a notebook out of these scraps sticker label papers for my weekend project :P as I didn't have much time to make it so I took a simple way by using the Microsoft Word program :) And below is the result. The clipart and border are available on the word program and I put a sentiment from one of my quotes collections.

You can find a very easy and very simple tutorial to create the notes book cover on this link. A big thank you to Asma (AI Factory) who had requested me to make a tutorial! It's a great honor, dear! :) Oh, make sure you also check out other tutorials on AI Factory Graphic Blog, there are so many of them :)

Sooo, back to these sticker label papers, next time if you have them, don't throw away, you can recycle them by using the back of the papers again as writing pad or sketch paper :) Okay, I'm off to bed now! Coz am so sleepy and my note book has filled with many things to do for the next six days hehe.. yeah, at least I have got something to do although my hands are soo tired :P

AI Factory Challenge - Double Time! {7th - 13th July}

Hi Everyone,

Back again and this time I'm a bit earlier than last week but still same lateness ;) another new challenge time at AI Factory challenge has started yesterday. This week the theme is Double Time! Which means you have to use two of something on your project, it can be anything :) two buttons, two ribbons, two images etc.

Myself, I'm using the above Ella at Peace image from AI Factory which you can find here. She is soo cute, isn't she? Really enjoyed playing with her image :) I make a simple greeting card and a bookmark, both are in one place. I printed out Ella image as the center piece then use it as a pocket to hold the bookmark. I used bamboo embossing folder from Cuttlebug for the background and embellish the card with small red ribbon and two old coins..

AI Factory Challenge - Embellish It! {30th June - 6th July}

Hi Everyone, OOhhhhh I'm finally able to upload this challenge at AI Factory, really sorry for the delay. It's been quite chaotic weeks at work and home, not to mention the pathetic internet connection here is really frustrating.. well, just grateful to be here again :)

Last week, new challenge has started at AI Factory and will end by Thursday this week. I hope you have visited AIF challenge blog here. The theme is Embellish It! Use any of your favorite embellishment to make your project more beautiful and attractive. This time I'm using troy train clipart from AIF which available here and embellished it with a very cute wood crafted embellishment. I didn't make any changes on the clipart, just added the carriages by duplicating the single carriage using crop tools, copy and paste on photoshop program to get those extra carriages. Once I got the number of carriages I wanted, I adjusted the size and printed out the train image from CorelDraw program.

This card is for Belated Birthday card and I created a little poem too :)

AI Factory Challenge - Summer Fun!!

Great to see you again! :) how are things with you over there? Myself, it's been a hectic week as always hehe.. but I am grateful to have those busy days coz it's a good thing to keep me alive hehe :P

Anyway, this is another week for AI Factory challenge, sorry for being late again everyone!! (I'm sure you're all tired reading this "late" thing again :P). Well, the theme for this week is Summer Fun! sun, beach, ice cream etc. are the colors of summer!! So I really cant wait to see the outcome from your project as I believe they all will be sooo bright and colorful :) fun fun fun!!!

Myself, I'm making a simple pop-up card using set of Surf's up ready for swim dudes from AI Factory, they are sooo cute, aren't they? :) Love playing with them all!! You can find those dudes here :) I have also created the sentiment on the cover as well as making the sun, clouds, beach and using real sand beach :)

AI Factory - Use something new!

Helloooo!!

New challenge at AI Factory has started again yesterday!! yipeeee.. I'm so happy yet so sad coz I'm a bit late in posting the challenge :P (guess, it's not new thing for those of you who knows me hehe..) But anyway, I'm so glad to create this week project using my new recycle paper! :) well, coz the theme is Using Something New in Your Project!! I'm also using new mermaid set from AI Factory! I love this cute little mermaid and her fish friends so much. You can meet them and see other new set here :)

AI Factory Challenge - Distress It!

Hi there!

Wow it's already June!! I can't believe time flies by so fast , I blink my eyes and voila, I'm in the middle of the year!! so many things I haven't done and yet keep hoping I can have the time do everything I wanted to do, and I hope the same for you too :)

Well, today I'm so excited to welcome another new challenge at AI Factory for this week :) It's all about distressing.. To be honest, I am far left behind from other crafters as I'm not so good in distressing my card :P coz the result is still too rough. Guess I must keep practice practice and practice!

On this challenge, the DTs are using the new Bugs and Birdie clipart collection from AI Factory which you can find HERE.

They are soooo very cute!!

AI Factory Challenge - Pretty in Pink - girly project :)

Hello there! Happy Monday :)

How's everything in your life? Hope you had a great weekend!

Really apologize that I couldn't upload my project for AI Factory last week. I had an exam at my language course and things at work and home were so chaotic that I couldn't update my blog :P Today I have a little time to upload this challenge at last! Please note that AI Factory challenge runs on every Thursday, so if you don't find my posting on that day, please please please go into their challenge blog directly here :)

Well, this is my project for their challenge on Thursday, 26 May. Its all about pretty in pink or girly project :) and I'm using this cute little princess from one of their collections. She is soo very cute in her pink princess dress and I love the castle on the background!

I'm giving my card to one of my nieces in Jakarta who really loves pink colors :) here's my card:

AI Factory - Nature Walk

Hi all! How's everyone doing?

I've been quite occupied lately and although it's exhausting but am grateful that I can still have many things to do :) So today is a new challenge at AI Factory. Theme for this week is Nature Walk! Create something which is inspired by nature :) Isn't this fun?!! :)

For me, it was so fun using these two sets of birdie digi stamps and sentiment from AI Factory. You can find them here. I love all of these images and I decided not to do any coloring coz I love to leave them as they are.My card is very simple as always :) I printed out all of the stamps on the card and added with sentiment that is printed on separate paper. I put the sentiment on the center using foam tape and gave two small feathers as embellishment (which I pull out off an old duster) :P

Happy Mother's Day to all mothers in the world! :)

Here at my country, we are celebrating this special day on the 22nd of December which is different from US, UK, Europe etc. But it's great though coz I'm going to celebrate this special day again in the next few months :) Firstly, I'd like to apologize for the delay in uploading the new challenge. I've been having trouble with my internet connection (again) recently!! Finally tonight I'm able to log into my blog! yaaayyy.

So this week's challenge theme at AI Factory is about mother.. We'd like to see your Mother's Day creations! :) All DTs have worked so hard creating wonderful project for this theme using new products from AI Factory which you can find at AI Factory Store. Myself I chose to use one of their sentiments..

I'm creating a simple card with my mom's picture.. I used photoshop to change her photo from an ordinary image to a painting character.. then I made an embossed picture frame and colored it with colorbox inkpad. I printed out the sentiment and added ribbon and embellishment. I'm gonna send this card soon to my mom as a surprise :)

AI Factory challenge - Anything Goes

Hi there..

How's everything with you? It's time for new challenge at AI Factory which has started yesterday.
My apologize for being late in uploading the challenge. The theme this week is ANYTHING GOES and I'm using the flourish set from their collections.

It feels so great to be able to use this florish set which contains very beautiful and elegant images! They are so perfectly designed and can be used with or without coloring. You can find it here. Myself, this time I'm only making a very simple postcard which you also can make less than 10 minutes :) Since the images are already perfect so I won't have to work hard for coloring it (actually it's another word for me to say that I was in a situation where I only have this florish set, a printer and a very limited time :P)

Now last but not least is her wedding ring box.. And thank you to my friend SUSAN for sending me some flower ribbons which are very useful and very beautiful!! thank you dear for your kindness! *big hugs*

I made this wedding ring tray on a very last minute just few hours before my flight departed to Java. It was very mixed feeling and chaotic situation because on that night we received news that my father-in-law had passed away. The problem was that I hadn't even started making this box as at first I wanted to make it carefully and the only thing ready was the tray but without cover :P So well, things were a bit chaotic when we had to rush to the airport that night and trying to get on the earliest flight for the next morning. Lucky we easily got the ticket and packed all of our stuff. Since we had to go to airport at 4 am so I decided not to sleep at all to be able to catch the flight and make the box :P And fortunately, I can still open my eyes and finished this box much more quickly than I thought :)

I bought the pink ring box on a local store, then I used cotton and woven fabric for the tray. I added some flowers which given by my special friend Susan and I gave ivory ribbon underneath the box. And lastly I put those scrap pretty pink roses flower imitation :P Well, well, that's all for my special friend's wedding.. I love all these boxes but most importantly, I hope she and her husband loved them too!

Now this is a box for her jeweleries items. Instead of putting them in a closed box, I preferred to display them with clear acrylic cover :) I'd like to keep it simple in order to show off the items inside.. I'm using the Bali woven fabric too and the unique flower pattern ribbon..

Now this is another handmade box for my friend wedding too :) this is her toiletries stuff and I did simple arrangement as well. The reason is that I love simple style and most important thing is that it's easier for the groom's family to carry :) I'm using Bali woven fabric too and I truly love the bright yet unique color!! Also I added few flowers from cloth which I also bought at the nearest craft store :)

This handmade box is a special request from my friend for her wedding last week. It's a very simple box with acrylic cover. I only added some ribbon flowers on the edges of the cover, ehh I bought the flowers in the nearest craft shop :) I'm also using a silver woven fabric for the box. I really fall in love with Indonesian textile and this Bali woven fabric or we used to call it "Endek" has really captured my heart :)

I hope my friend liked it!

AI Factory Challenge - Flowers in Bloom

Hello everyone,

Great to see you all again here!
I'm truly sorry that i have been absence from AI challenge for couple of weeks due my father-in-law's funeral.
It has been very hectic days since then juggling with my postponed to do lists at work and language course.

However, I'm glad that I'm back on track now and thanking God that there was no difficulties at all at the funeral and everything there was very well managed. Also I'm thanking lovely Tammy - DT Team Leader at AI Factory who has given me the time to absent from the challenge.

So, here I am again! As a warm up, I'm making a card for this week's challenge with theme FLOWERS IN BLOOM. And am using the baby bug clipart which you can find here.

It is sooo very cute!! and I love using them! :)

My card

This time I'm making a simple quilling card with blank sentiment. My purpose is to give it to someone in any special occasion I want :) My focus is the baby bug sitting on the flower. I'm also choosing pastel colors and draw flowery pattern with my red drawing pen.

Bright as Day - AI Factory Challenge

Hello! nice to see you again :)
hope you're in a good health!

Today is Thursday, it means another new challenge is coming at AI Factory! yipeeee... the theme for this week is Bright as Day! and am using Ella in the clouds image. I really love playing with this super cute Ella!!

And here's my card

This time I'm creating a sliding card.. I folded the paper into a pocket then made a window in the center (a bit to the right :P), I edited and printed out the clouds images on microsoft word, I created a sentiment "There's always a smile waiting behind every clouds". And since it's a sliding card (and I'm only using on side of the card) so I made a small space for a note on the left side, this way, you can still write down messages. I put the image on the back of the cloud so that when you pull the cloud out, Ella will appear with her cute smile :) Lastly, I put small beads on top right side of the card to make it a bit sweeter hehe.. Ella was colored with Faber-Castell coloring pencil and a bit of copic marker for the skin.

Helloo! hope things are doing well with you today! :) This will be another quick post again, sorry all! :(
I'm still not feeling very well today but glad I managed to finish my card ;)

Theme for this week's challenge at AI Factory is Under the Weather. I'm happy to use their image Little Doctor. They are oohhh sooo cute!! doctor, nurse, tablets, thermometer etc. these images are so perfect a get well soon project!

It's a very simple card and very easy to make. well, I wish I could make a better one though :P I cropped the ambulance image and make a card from it. Inside I only printed out the sentiment and colored the background with Colorbox inkpad and draw some flower images too.. but the picture quality is not very good that you can't see the shadow of floral I made :P

CDAC - Digital Drawing Contest - spring theme

Hi Everyone!! Hope you had a great day today!

huffhh today i was absent from work and my language course due to heavy migraine and to take care of few personal things at home :P It's been very long day and exhausting too.. But somehow, I can't leave my sketch book so I continue what I had started yesterday, after taking some rest this evening I transferred my pencil sketch to the laptop..

I should have made it few weeks ago but I just didn't have enough energy :P So I'm wanting to enter my digi drawing on the CDAC Digital Drawing Contest this March and the theme is SPRING. If you like drawing or doodling, you can enter this fun contest by the latest March 31st. The winner will be picked by their members and have two levels, one is for professional and another is for amateur.. well, I choose the amateur seems perfect place for me :)

So here's my digi drawing for the contest inspired by my beautiful cats..

Things with Wings - AI Factory Challenge

Welcome to this week's challenge at AI Factory and the theme is Things with Wings. I'm using these colorful and Cute Owl Circle Tags!!! They are oohh soo cuutttteeee and I love them all!

On this challenge, I'm using my scraps papers which have been piled up in my room :P and turned them into a simple A5 notebook. I cropped the owl images one by one and did image editing as well as notebook lay out on Microsoft Word coz it's the easiest way for me :P Then I put these images on some of the notebook pages.. For the notebook cover, I printed out one of the owl image and the "Hellowl" sentiment! :) For the finishing touch and to make the notebook looks sweeter ;) I only attached a small sheet of dusty rose scrap paper embossed by print dots folder from Cuttlebug and also did the same embossing beneath the sentiment.

A gift box with sunflower seeds

Hi everyone! Hope you’re all having a great weekend!

Myself, I had a good time cleaning up my house this weekend and glad I got a help from my hubby :) and now I’m just preparing myself for work day tomorrow! Yep, I’ve got tons of things to do on my list but before the morning comes, I'd like to upload my post! :)

Glad that this weekend I had a little time to make a small gift box from my scraps papers and double tape container (I’m not sure what to say in English, I hope it’s correct). I’m using sunflower seed shell (now I hope I’m writing this correctly too). I like eating sunflower seed for snack and love it too much that it had succeeded drying my lips :P Not only I like the taste but I also like the shell too, eh, not for snacks. I like the shell because of its uniqueness and also because I don’t have the heart to throw it away :P

So to make these shell and scraps useful, I made this small gift box using the sunflower seed shell which has been colored by acrylic paint (I don’t have oil paints but I’m sure it will work better), scrap light blue card paper, green satin ribbon, and colorbox inkpad for the leaves images. If you don’t have sunflower seed, you can also use macadamia nut shell or something similar with it that you may find on your kitchen or garden..

Hello all! Wooww, it’s already Thursday again! How time flies by sooo fast!

Let’s hope today is much better than yesterday :)

And here’s new challenge for this week at AI Factory, the theme is Luck of the Irish or any green projects or St.Patrick’s Day. I’m using below image framed girl She is like the Wind II from AI Factory.

And here's my card:

To be honest, this picture quality is not very good today as I took the picture before I went to office so the lighting, position and all are just wrong for me! But however, I hope you can still see the card and find an inspiration you need! :P On my card, I’m using green card stock, dark green satin ribbon (top and bottom), green paper ribbon (centre), border embossed from Cuttlebug, dried green leaves and dried grass (for the small ribbon). For the coloring, I’m using bit of copic marker for the skin, a bit of colorbox inkpad to soften the image border and the rest is using Prisma and Faber Castell coloring pencils.

Saka New Year 1933

Hi everyone and helloo new followers!

Thank you so much for following my site :)

Hope you're all doing fine!

Today is Seclusion Day or Saka New Year 1933 to Hindu people in Bali. Having been living in this island for few years, I find it always interesting to celebrate Seclusion day. All the lights in this island must be turned off from today at 6.00am until tomorrow morning at 6.00am. People are not allowed to get out of their houses. All television channels are also executed. Offices and Airport is closed and tourists are staying at the hotels. Ofcourse if you're ill then an ambulance can pick you up and bring you to the nearest hospital. So Bali will be dissapear from the map for one night :)

But all these are to make sure that every Hindu people can do their prayers peacefully. Myself, as a non Hindu, I don't celebrate Nyepi Day but have always loved it. All I have been hearing since this morning is the sound of the wind and rain :) It is sooo peaceful!! And actually apart from the religious reason,s it is a time where the energy are saved! Well, at least for one day, millions people in one island altogether turning off their lights every year!! I'm not good at math :P but I believe it really saves lots of energy! :)

Anyway, I'm presenting this card for those who celebrates the Silence Day. iI's all black :) I'm using Canson black drawing paper, black ribbon, I draw small dots with silver pen, I made silhouette of two temples, I printed out the sentiment on silver paper and cut it into clouds and gave some colorbox ink pad then I embossed the card with textile and organic flourish from Cuttlebug.

Well, I can't write much here as this is already 5 pm and

I have to hurry to finish my posting before it gets dark :)

A Drop in the Bucket - AI Factory Challenge

Hello everyone! How’s everything in your life?

Well, this is the first week for new DT to start their assignments. And we are all so excited! The theme for challenge this week is A Drop in the Bucket or Water themed and here, I am using Ella under the sea digi stamp.

I’m using a soft pink paper card with background embossed by Asian bundle CB. I draw and cut the waves and made a small frame using real sand beach which I took from Sanur beach nearby my house :) I also draw the clouds and cut it then put a word “hello” from Stampendous. Actually I put a bit of glitter there on the water and the waves but unfortunately the picture doesn’t really clear. Anyway, as for the coloring, I’m using Faber-Castell classic color pencils, Copic marker for the skin only and a bit of corbox ink pad for the clouds.

What a nice surprise! AI Factory have so many great digital stamps collections and talented & creative design team. And lucky me, that I am joining them for March until August term this year!

Really excited but also nervous! :)

Hello all :) How are you doing today? Hope you're always in good health.

Just a quick post again, sorry because it's already 1 am here and I am soo exhausted today. I have added another activity to my weekly schedule which is a language course :P Yes, I am studying again hehe.. and I do my course after my office hour every Tuesday and Friday for the next 3 months :) Hope my old brain can still accept the lesson :P

And this late afternoon I got great news that I won a giveaway from one of my friend quiz on her facebook! Yipeee. Well, this early morning, I just want to upload gift tags which I have just finished few minutes ago. They are ordered by a friend for her friend's wedding. The design is very simple and very fast to make, I only typed the fonts, chose the shape and printed out then cut them one by one using a cutter. Afterward the nice thing I love to do was embossing them with Fancy Corner embossing folder from CB machine. I only made the holes as my friend wanted to use her own ribbons for the tags. Here they are..

Hello there! Nice to see you again. Hope you've had a great Monday! :) Unfortunately for myself, this Monday has been really an exhausting day.. Not that I was doing anything exhausting but because I haven't felt very well since this morning, not really concentrate in whatever I do at the office.. Looks like my body need some rest ;) But still many things I must do before I can have my weekend, right!

Anyway, there's still a little spirit for me to create something tonight. Lucky that I get a chance to make a card for Embellishment Challenge hosted by VN Digital Art at Crafters Digital Art Center. Vivian makes very cute digi of this lovely little girl.. I loovee this girl soo much! :) Embellishment for this challenge are Rhinestone and Lace.

Here's the freebies from VN Digital Art that we must use. Very cute little girl! :)

And here's my card for the challenge

I'm using a dusty rose card paper, an old lace, some small jeweleries seal as the rhinestones, which I glued one by one, paper with roses pattern for the background, coloring with copic for the skin, colorbox ink pad orchid pastel for the frame and coloring the rest of the image with coloring pencil from Faber Castell. For the sentiment, I typed on my word program, printed it out on a vellum paper then I cut the same card paper following the size of the sentiment frame and glued them together from the back of the sentiment. This way, you won't see any glued appered on the vellum paper and make more neat result..

Hello everyone.. Here I am again. How's your weekend? Did you go to a nice place today? Or just stayed at home making cards? :) Whatever you do this weekend I wish you'll have a great time!

Now I'm uploading my card for another challenge Clean & Simple Sunday Challenge #6 at Stamping With Brenda. Everything is about clean and simple :) All of her cards ans sketches are adorable and I hope my card is good enough to be seen in her challenge! *finger crossed* :)

The Sketch

My card

This is the first time I'm ever using distress ink. I guess I screwed up and it's not what I'm expecting to be. I use my makeup sponge to apply it onto the card :P Yesterday I saw the tutorial in You Tube how to use distress ink from two peas in a bucket.. Great tutorial! Since it's very simple design and so I'm only using a green paper, peeled paint distress ink, hand drawn with crayon, an ivory paper with printed words and sentiment (which I wrote in word program), add a metal butterfly and leather string for the embellishment.

Card Cupids Challenge #12 - Red, White and Blue

Hello Everyone! Nice to meet you again here :) Today I'm uploading one of my card for weekly challenge at Card Cupids. What is Card Cupids, quoting from their website "Card Cupids mission is to provide encouragement and joy by sending Card Cuddle Care Packages to children who are facing difficult challenges in their young lives regardless of their economic background". Visit their website if you're interested in their positive mission.

This time the weekly challenge is sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps. The challenge is a color challenge using Red, White and Blue colors on the card. The winner is going to receive 7 digital stamps from Bugaboo shop!! What a great prize! That's why I decided to take part :) I don't use their stamps though coz I haven't got enough time and confuse to pick one out of their great collections.

So I'm using one of my freebies digi creation named Jupiter. He's a small boy who loves riding bmx bike :) For the coloring I used Faber Castel pencil colors and connecting pen, colorbox ink pad and a bit of copic marker for his skin. On the card, I'm using a milk wrapping paper which is silver on the inside (another way to recycle :) and I embossed it with CB machine and also cut them in arrow form (for the ride map :P). Lastly, I printed out the sentiment and put it on the right side of the card.

So this is my take

I coloured the digis with connector pen and coloring pencils from Faber Castell, green and blue ink pad from Colorbox for the leaves and copic marker for the snail skin. I also used recycled paper and embossed it with CB machine then gave some flower confetti from Caramel Crafts.

Hi Everyone!

Just a quick post tonight :) I was too excited receiving stuff that I scratched my thumb with my beloved cutter. I have been sooo sleepy throughout the day and couldn't wait to open the packages (as they are so meaningful to me reminding that this is my first time having them all after saving some Rupiahs hehe :P)

So when I got home, first thing I did was taking my cutter and starting to open the envelope one by one. Well, I got too excited that I accidentally held my cutter in a wrong position and it successfully scratched my lovely thumb on a vertical line and it fits enough for Aurora to stand there :P

Hi Everyone.. happy valentine's day to you all!!

May you'll be surrounded by love, love and love in your whole life :)

Everywhere I go at every shop I passed by they put hearts accessories, not to mention pink teddy bear, red roses and pink hearts all because of this Valenttine's Day. I must say that personally for me everyday is Valentine's day :) but then again I find it great to have at least one day at every 365 days to make someone feels so special by giving them flowers, chocolate, gifts or a romantic dinner :) coz sometimes in this busy worlds of ours, we find it hard to spare a little time for someone we love or even forget to say the magical three words.. I love you. It may sounds simple but actually it means so much :)

Today, I'm uploading a special card for my hubby. Hopefully he won't see this posting until tomorrow morning :P Coz I don't want to ruin another surprise for him :) I draw simple leaves on the edge right top and left bottom using a silver pen, on the center I embossed my recycled paper (which I made myself few years ago :P) then I lock the card with vellum paper and typed and printed out the sentiment..

Once again, Happy Valentine to you all and hope you'll have a romantic celebration with someone you loved!

Valentine's card in Braille - Love is a language the blind can see (Mark Twain)

After having been absence for few years, I finally return to a place where I learn so much about card making. It's a place where groups of creative women are supporting each other and sharing knowledge in card making.
I'm glad that I am one of the lucky person who gets the honor to be among them :)

Anyway, I join one of their challenges for this month of February or month of Love I must say :) coz the theme is Valentine's Day. You can find their adorable creations here

Below is the card that I made for the challenge. Instead of throwing away the remains of my acyrlic paints, I decided to use it as a background for this card. I applied the acrylic with sponge then I printed out the sentiment. And the idea is giving a Valentine card to someone who is blind. She/He can be someone whom we loved. Braille is simply to let her/him knows that they are loved and that they can see the beauty and the color of the world through our hands and heart :)

The sentiment says 'Love is a language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see (Mark Twain)'..

The Braille means I LOVE U

Soooo love is in the air.. I'm posting another roses gift and again it's a request from a friend. She wanted the same type as what I made few days ago. Valentine's in the front door and she can't wait to embrace it with her boyfriend :) I made few white roses for her which are put in an open small gift box.. wrapped the box with printed papers which I made by myself.. I hope she's happy with the result!

Hi Everyone :)

How are you doing today? Hope you're all in good health! Thanks for coming again. I'm truly sorry to say that I am sooo sleepy now. Yesterday i slept at around 3 am. Yes, I've got a bit of insomnia i think hehe.. but well, i love to be here again with you although it's now almost 1 am and i can't barely see my laptop monitor ;)

I'd like to upload another roses creation almost similar with what i made yesterday. t's a compliment actually :) coz this is a special request from a friend after she saw my posting yesterday.. since i have no stock of silinder box to recycle so I replace it with a small chocolate box.. unfortunately i forgot to take the picture of the original box :P coz I was racing with my time.. the roses made from crepe papers, then i gave three small green ribbons. Also i'm using a paper napkin which I got from starbuck coffee last year when i went there with some friends (i didn't drink the coffee though but i brought some stack of their paper napkins :P). And of course for the last touch i put a small tag embossed with fancy corner embossing from Cuttlebug collection.

Anyway, I have to say that this is a really fresh from the oven (and heart) posting :P you see, i have just finished this about half an hour ago coz I have to bring it tomorrow, then i took the picture and upload it instantly :) so they are really fresh roses.. Hopefully my friend will love it :)

Today, I upload one of my crafts work which i made specially for my husband :)
I'm also joining the Hint of Spring and Fabulous Linking Party at Passionately Artistic website.

Well, it was supposed to be a surprised for him on valentine's day :P but I ruined it!! what can i say, we live under the same roof, go to work at the same time, eat at the same menu, sleep on the same bed.. in other words, I can't hide this roses from him! I did tried to hide it in our work room at home but again, he works in there with me too :) and there's no space where i can take this picture without him notice it :D

Hehe.. don't get me wrong, I have always enjoyed being with him all the time hehe.. in fact, it's actually a blessing. So here's for you darl! I made 9 roses as a symbol of our 9 years of gloom and blissfulness that we have shared since the day we met. Thanks for everything and hope you'll love it! :)

A bit about this roses is that they are made of crepe papers. The vase is made of an old packaging box and i covered it with a sheet of printed paper. I wrote some selected love quotations on the paper and printed it out. Then i tide a little embossed tag (fancy corners from Cuttlebug) with green ribbon and put a metal butterfly as an accessory.

No need expensive cost to make a lovely gift.

All we need is just a little love when we create it! Don't you think? hehe.. :)

Hello everyone.. how was your day? hope you'll have a fun Lunar New Year holiday today! :) For those who celebrate it, may all of your wishes will come true and may you will be fill with love, wealth and health..

It's now raining heavely and 1 am in the morning here. But I'm happy that I still have a little energy to upload one of my creations :) i manage to make a black card! It is as black as the night :P Actually this card has been staying in my storage for quite some time and i did not finish it until few days ago. Well, sometimes when I'm stuck and have no idea what to make, I just leave my card and take a little time to get some inspiration.. Once I get the "blink", I won't waste the time to apply it ;) Anyway, on this card I put a silver earing and draw the edges with silver pen then I embossed it with floral fantasy pattern..

I will upload another card soon, okay! for now this is all! :)

Hello all, nice to be here again..

To be honest, i am sooo sleepy now as it's already 2 am here :P but while i have a little time, i decided to upload this Chinese New Year card which I made recently.. here i'm using some old coins which you can get from here :) And with a little help from Mrs.Cuttlebug and an embossing pattern from one of her Asian bundle! I also framed the coins using an origami paper.. the result is a bright card :) hope to be able to shine your new year..

Hello there :) how are you? hope life brings lots of good things for you today..

I've made a unique design yesterday for the upcoming valentine's day.. well, it's kinda early I know but it's a special order from a friend, so how can I resist her :)

This time I make a unique design by making a bit vintage touch but not too much.. Imagine you find old love letters of your great great grandfather or grandmother hehe.. anyway, I made this because I fall in love with the charm itself :P I printed out the script on a "strata" paper and then burned it to have a vintage result.. then put two leather ribbons to frame it :) Also not to forget, I made a post mark manually (coz I don't have post mark stamp yet :P) then I put that unique heart charm which is the most important part in this card :) oohh If you'd like to use this charm on your project, you can get it on my little store :)

wedding invitations made especially for my lovely sister

Hello all.. tonight I'm uploading another wedding invitation. This is the special one as it was for my little sister's wedding which held in early January this year! I'm soo happy for her.. although the time given was very short which about less than ten days to create the cards but thank God I managed to make them all :) and frankly I was quite happy with the result hehe..

Yes as you can see I had some help from Mrs. Cuttlebug with her Victoria embossing pattern.. well well looks like she is now becoming my best friend :) I loovvveeee her so much and I'm sure so does my crafter friends who have her.. :) This wedding card again a simple one.. on the center I printed both groom and bride's name, embossed the upper and bottom side of the paper then put two ribbons on the center. Inside as requested by my sister, the wording is translated in English and French. And I printed the map location in separate little paper so the guests can bring it easily..

The last thing was that I made the envelope from velum paper (kertas kalkir) to give a soft and romantic look :)

Hello all.. it's already late here.. I'm listening to Diana Ross' songs and the sound of rain as her back vocal.. what a mellow night ;) well, instead of letting my mind floating somewhere, I decided to just share some of wedding invitation designs which I created months ago. And I know I'm so late for new year's greeting etc. :P but however, I do hope that this year will bring us lots of success in life, love, health and wealth. hmm.. things that had been happened to me since my absency in here were that i kinda busy with my works -ofcourse :P, Lebaran holiday, worked on some wedding cards order, hospitalized for amoeba (not a cool disease! :P), then work -again-, Christmas holiday, vacation to Medan and Tangerang -my home town- followed by arranging my sister's wedding then all of the sudden new year just passed before my eyes!!! time does fly by so fast! although I don't often updating my blog recently but as you can see I managed to change my blog skin hehe :)

Well, as a start for this year, I will introduce you a friend of my little aurora who was born few months ago :P So if Barbie has Ken then Aurora has Jupiter hehe.. Yes, this cute little boy posing with his bicycle is Aurora's friend named Jupiter.. Woowww.. hellooo there! Good to see you again :) Really sorry i havent updated my blog for quite a while. Got the migrain so often recently, have no idea why but i guess i have to check my eyes to optician, just hope it will reduce the migrain :P

Despite of the migrain and my works, I am enjoying the Ramadhan fasting month :) really happy with it! No eating, no drinking and must hold all bad emotion! totally fasting :) not being able to eat is not a big issues for me, what really hard for me to do is trying to control my emotion specially when I'm having a bad day at the office :P
However, that's the best thing of fasting right! to take control of your emotion to see yourself clearly and deeper than ever and that to make you a better person!

Anyway, here I am again, glad to be able to present you the newest set of my Little Aurora series. This is actually an order from a friend for her card. I made one dozen poses of Aurora and will transfer them all to my next card project. Ofcourse, I will let you know the result later on :)

birthday card for my sister

And nowww… a birthday card for my sister who had her birthday on the 4th of July. Ohhhh yes, she celebrated it together with the American people :) and this year I made a simple and a bit traditional card..

I used a small earing as the center and gave some brown scraps papers on each side of the center.

Then I drew the angles with brown color pen.. as usual :) I’ll give it when she’s coming to Bali in the next few months (hopefully).. I really hope she will like it!!

I will upload more cards next time. Now, I still have to finish my little aurora :P and also draw some other poses of her which ordered by a friend of mine :)

This little natural bag card is for a best friend. I was inspired by Monika (you can see her blog on the right side bar of this website). She made a little purse card once and it was so cute that made me wanted to make one for my friend. I hope she don't mind with this. Thanks sis Monika for the inspiration! :)

I gave a little natural touch for this bag card. I used pandanus mat for the card, velvet string as the handle and then put a small “heart” form made of imitation leather which I got from my blue jeans pant :P I also used a yellow yarn tied in the heart form as a symbol of “a strong friendship” (that’s what I think) Also I gave a llittle coconut shell button and a leather string to keep the bag safe from anyone who wants to take a peek of my message to her hehe.. :)

I hope she likes it though :) and for you who reads this, thank you very much!

blue wedding card

Again, it’s a wedding card for a friend made from scraps too :) the pic and quotes from a hotel advertisement as well but this time they came in blue color :) since I love the picture of the glasses on the table so much,

I didn’t have the heart to throw it away :P so I used it to beautify my card..

I only added a sentiment (also from an advertisement) and a small white ribbon at the bottom of the card.. the type of the paper is metallic paper, so it’s a bit shinny but not too much.. so by adding this satin white ribbon made the card more elegant from my point of view :)

I hope my friend will like it and I hope you all like it too :)

a wedding card for my friend

This is a wedding card which I will give to a friend who got married today :)

The picture and the quotes was from a hotel advertisement in a magazine..

I only did the painting for the background. Unfortunately I took this photo at night so it really shows the result of poor lightning quality :P The paper color is brown (between cappuccino brown with little grey colors)

and I painted the background with floral pattern from yellow and purple color pencils.

After that I added a small gold ring sticker which I got from my cousin :)

Although it’s made from scraps but I hope my friend will love the result.

This little cute card is for my friend who has been very helpful with my works :) I cut the flower images from my wrapping papers and put them together on this small card. I drew the sketch of a cute little girl with acrylic paint and colored it color pencil. I added flower ribbon on the bottom of the card and completed it with a simple hand written sentiment on the right side :)

I'm glad she loves this card.. well, I love this card too actually :)

Now this one is for my aunts and uncle in Medan who have been sick since few weeks ago.. it’s another fast and simple card and I think your children can make this one too :) I painted the sketch with acrylic paint then finished it with color pencils.. just added few forms such as dots for the background.. and that’s it.. simple, easy and fast to make! Hello there!!! Glad to be back again.. it’s been a month since the last time I updated my blog :P

yep, have been quite occupied with work so had to give up my blog for a while. But I did managed to make some cards for my closest friends ofcourse and made a sample of wedding invitation cards for a friend as well ..

And here’s one of the cards that I made recently for a friend who had birthday few weeks ago.. she’s very stylish person, and I decided to make this card. I painted the top left and bottom right angles with acrylic paint. On the center, I used yellow yarn for the background and made flower shape from blue beads and some wires. Quite fancy for my taste actually but somehow, I really like the result and most importantly I really hope she liked it! :)

This red rose card is for my friend in Bali who has been very supportive. It is hand painted dots and red rose with acrylic paint, colored with coloring pencils and pens and

also black drawing pen then shined it with glitters.

This is one of an order from a friend for her colleague (a gentleman more precisely)

The light brown stripes are hand painted with acrylic color and the small dots are colored with a gold pen. I used brown velvet string for the frame, felt cloth and a Bali coin. Just a simple way to tell the receiver – may he will be blessed with prosperous and happy life in future – well, something like that hehe..
Anyway, I really hope my friend will like it :)

This card is for one of my friend who had her birthday last week :)
It’s a very simple card and small one. Both front and back are hand painted with acrylic paint, colored with coloring pencils and pens then hand written the sentiment with black drawing pen 0.2. I gave few beads (clear and blue) to make it a girly style. Happy birthday dear friend and I’m glad you like this card!

Hellloooo.. how ya doin’? :) I’m back again frennzzz.. ppfffhhh, it has been full days of works at the office recently! But anyway, let's forget about work for a while :) I'm here and I'm so excited to introduce you the sketches of my fresh, new and first digi stamp..
made by myself and I call this little girl character as “Little Aurora” :)

The inspiration was from all of my crafter friends who have been discussing about digi stamp. It gives me a challenge to create my own digital stamps. So based on my “self-taught “ drawing course :P I began to draw Little Aurora in few poses. I made them at midnight time, I hadn’t know how I ended up drawing these images :P All I knew that I just kept drawing and drawing until I got tired hehe.. They may not seem so perfect but I’m very satisfied with the result of these sketches.. It is so meaningful because it gives me spirit to keep on practice my basic drawing skill :P

Anyway, once I have finished converting these sketches into digital stamp, I will upload them here and then you might get one of them you know!

Cook up a Card Challenge

This card is for the May recipe of Cook Up a Card challenge owned by Ms. Susie.

Recipe for this challenge is 3 leaves, 2 flowers and 1 bird. So I ended up making this one :P It's very simple card. I drew the bird and the leaves then wrote the sentiment by following the pattern of the tree branch :) then added a flower image from my gift wrapping paper. As an addition I gave maroon ribbon and heart image on the side of the paper. For the coloring, I use pencil colors and black drawing pen for the images to make it look like a stamp hehe..
I just hope it really works :)

This is for one of my friend who has been very supportive :) and it's for her hubby's birthday. first i wasn't sure she'll like it but then hey, she said she does like it very much.. so it's kinda relieving for me hehe.. anyway, this is another carving card :P the paper itself is embossed and has pattern on it. So i made a heart shape first then i did the carving afterwards :)

I just love making sketches lately.. but not the difficult one ofcourse..

This is an image that i made for my niece around five years ago.. i have never get the chance to give it to her coz she passed away before her birthday came. I haven't done anything with this image yet, maybe i will make a scrapbook out of it.. but maybe i will just leave it as it is.. i don't know, it just feel meaningless coz she's not gonna see it anyway ;)

Well, I made it with my photoshop. I took my niece image and change it with the artistic tool in photoshop.. i think i chose the pencil tool here.. anyway, when i made it i didnt know what to call this technique.. All I did was just changed the picture into something that i wanted :)

So frenz, is this also can be called as digi stamp? or custom stamp? or digi image? if yes, then it means you too can make your own digital stamp at home with your own image, and that will be really cool!! :)

This is my first ever scrapbook :) I met this very nice lady in a bazaar few months ago. She also loves making greeting cards and her creations are superb!! so anyway, she invited me to join her on the weekend to do scrapbooking together! that was the first time i saw her crafts tools and papers collections! and they are all sooo coollll! this scrapbook papers and the photo was all hers and she taught me how to create a scrapbook page! well, i havent seen her for quite long time now as she's also busy and that for us weekend is "family" time :) well, i think i will go to her house again maybe next month.. and bring her something special :)

I'll take you to go back to thirteen years ago :P this is my drawing when i was on my last year of high school. Gosh, it was really long time ago!!! :) I like drawing when i was a little girl.. i created my own 'love story' comic book.. i spent hours just to draw a scenery.. i drew models from the magazines on my sketch book.. basically i loved the drawing process and i didnt care about the result :P But unfortunately there was time when i had to stop drawing at all.

So then when i was in high school, my teacher gave a task to make a poster :P first, i had self doubt that i would ruined it reminding that i had not draw for years.. But my sister convinced me that i still can do it and that i just need to practice more.. so i grabbed the national geographic magazine and drew this eagle image form one of their articles. Well, the result wasn't perfect though but i kinda satisfied with it :) and at least i got the highest score!! :D

I still keep it until now but not that i like my own drawing but it's mostly because it was a moment when i started to draw again.. and it felt really great!!! :)

This cross stitch is dedicated to all of my cats who have been accompanying me throughout the years :) now that i have 10 cats.. and we've been going through a lot of things together! sometimes i imagine living without them which i know it will be more peaceful, less busy, more silence, healthier etc. but then i think about it again, i am going to miss them all :) i miss their crowd, i miss playing with them, most of all i miss their spoil attitude specially when they're sleeping on my lap. well, what can i say, i really love them all :)

Hello frenz :) this is another gift box cloth that i made, the material called ende cloth. i was so glad that one of famous furniture and accessories store in kuta is interested in my gift box ever since they saw it for my office project. Although the store don't accept supplier for boxes (since their products are mostly come in giant sizes such as wall decorations, tables etc :P) but still i appreciate that they will refer my name to their customers :) yipeee...

now, i'm just keep trying to push myself to make more gift boxes :)

more practice so i can have more clients hehe..

what do you think?? is my gift box worth to buy? :P

This silver cloth box is an order from one of my best friend. She needs simple container to keep her silver accessories. I added two big round earings in the centre of the box cover, they're not silver but their shine make the box looks more elegan.. I think :)

This little box is another order from a friend. She wanted to have a box for her beauty product which is small and simple. Basically the box is almost the same as boxes for tea products. so well, after few samples made she then agrees with this one. They will come in different colors and this purple is just one of them :)

Hi there, sorry it takes time for me to update this blog, thanks to a useless internet provider! Anyway, i want to share this maroon gift box is which was ordered by my hubby's boss.
She needed a gift box for her mobile phone gift, her idea was an elegant and simple gift box.

So voilaaa.. i made this for her :)

Instead of using ribbon on the box cover, i used same type of cloth material as the gift box but with dark brown color.. i like it this way :) And inside i use small sponge to avoid the hand phone from getting scratched and put a small ribbon to tie it up. Although the person who ordered it said that it's so very nice but one thing that really bothered me was the fact that the box cover is two millimeter bigger than what i had calculated, i guess i should be paid more attention to details next time :p

This card is for my cousin in Medan, Iyul. She loves all her cats (same as me hehe..). I got the image of the cat from an old postcard then I added with sticker on the left top corner and wrote the wording with silver pen :P and cut the card and made half circle shape.. inside I used pink paper to make it more colorful. I really hope my cousin love this! :)

Ini kartu untuk sepupuku Iyul di Medan. Image kucingnya dari kertas bekas kartu natal trus aku tambah dengan sticker di pojok kiri atas dan diisi tulisan dengan pena perak :) lalu badan kartu aku gunting jadi bentuk setengah lingkaran yang di cetak dari busur hehe.. di dalamnya aku pakai kertas warna pink agar kartunya lebih terlihat berwarna :) Mudah2n iyul suka ya!

This one is for another cousin – Nani. I choose garden theme hehe.. I hope she’ll like it! I cut the top and bottom card and make a “fence” look hehe.. then drew it with brown color pen. The flower image I got from old postcard, then I wrote the word “hello” and drew it with leaves image :) I don’t know whether she likes it but I hope she does! :) enjoy this card Nani, it will arrive in Medan soon! :)

Ini buat sepupu saya Nani di medan. Temanya kebun hehe.. mudah2n dia suka! Aku bentuk bagian atas dan bawah dgn bentuk “pagar” kemudian di warnai garis2 dengan spidol coklat. Gambar bunga dan pot digunting dari postcard bekas, lalu aku tuliskan “hello” dan di beri hiasan gambar2 daun di hurufnya :) mudah2n suka ya Nan! Mudah2n kartu ini tiba di Medan dalam waktu dekat hehe..

This one is for my cousin in Tangerang. I chose the simple design and cute (I think). I got this glittery image from an old greeting card. It’s the moon in the sky, that’s why I like it! Feels like I’m dreaming everytime I see that image hehe.. I cut a gold paper and use it as a frame for the glittery image. I put a sticker (I got from old card from my cousin :P) on the left corner and I drew dots pattern as an outside frame.. just to make it sweeter (I think :)). I hope she’ll like this simple card!

Kartu ini untuk sepupuku di Tangerang. Aku pilih design yang simple dan manis (menurutku). Aku dapat image ber-glitter ini dari kartu bekas juga. Gambarnya bulan di langit! Setiap liat image ini rasanya berada di awang2 hehe.. Aku potong kertas emas sebagai frame dari image ini. Lalu di tambah sticker yang didapat dari kartu bekas lagi :p di bagian sudut kiri bawah. Sedangkan di bagian luar frame aku gambar frame polkadot dengan spidol kuning, agar terlihat lebih manis dan tidak kaku (menurutku sih :) Semoga sepupuku suka! Amin :)

This black and white card is for my cousin and her husband, Titiek and Bram, who had been so kind in giving me all of their old Christmas card to be recycled! Thank you so much for you both!!! You gave me lots of homework project and materials ofcourse! :) I made the above card special for you and I hope you’ll like it. The black pattern on the left side and top and bottom are from one of my rugos collection (transferring letter)! I found it in a small bookstore last week when I went to Wonosobo! I really couldn’t resist it! I looovveeee it sooooo much! The letter T and Y I got from one of the old xmas card and I wrote the other letters. I also drew leaves pattern with black pen on the right top corner and bottom. Simple and I like it very much! :)

Kartu hitam dan putih ini untuk sepupuku dan suaminya yang sudah berbaik hati memberikan semua bekas kartu natalnya untuk aku daur ulang… menjadi kartu lagi….hehehe. Makasih banyak yah buat kalian berdua! Kalian sudah memberikan pe-er segambreng untukku dan material bekas yang cantik2! Kartu diatas aku buat utk kalian berdua! Dan aku percantik dengan gambar daun pada sudut kanan atas dan sudut kanan bawah kartu. Sederhana, tapi aku sendiri suka sekali hehe.. mudah2n yang nerimanya juga suka ya :)

This card is for my cousin-in-law’s sister. Her name is Nelly, she’s also a card maker and although I have never spoken to her but I’ve seen her creations! And they are soooo lovely and inspiring! Well, this is my first card for Nelly so I hope she’ll like it :) I got flowers image from an old xmas postcard (again). I colored the paper using pencil colors and drew each corner with some pattern then decorated it with four transparent body sticker… I love the clear look of the sticker actually! Well, I hope you’ll like it Nelly! :) and maybe we can share our craft works more often hehe..

Kartu ini untuk kakak dari suami sepupuku, namanya Nelly, dia juga pembuat kartu! Walaupun aku ga pernah ngobrol tapi aku sudah liat hasil karyanya dan semuanya menakjubkan dan menginspirasi! Ini kartu pertama untuknya dan mudah2n dia suka :) Image bunganya aku gunting dari postcard bekas kartu natal (lagi lagi). Badan kartu aku warnai dengan pensil warna dan sudut kartu digambar dengan spidol biru kemudian ditambahkan hiasan dari body stiker transparan. This card is for my cousin-in-law Ratih on her wedding yesterday. We used to call the paper type “buffalo paper” (not sure if the spelling is correct) and you can find this paper in every bookstores! I like the abstract texture of the paper so I highlight it with a silver pen as if I drew it myself :p I put a black ribbon in the middle and two heart shape paper with beautiful pattern (again, I got this paper from old xmas card). This card goes with a gift box which I’m still making at the moment. So, just wait! I will upload the gift box as soon as I’ve finished it :)

Ini kartu untuk sepupu iparku yang baru menikah kemarin. Jenis kertasnya “kertas buffalo” (mudah2n ejaannya bener begitu yah) dan jenis kertas ini bisa didapat di toko buku manapun! Aku suka dengan texture kertasnya makanya aku terangi dengan pena silver seakan2 aku yang menggambar :p padahal aku cuma mengikuti tekstur kertasnya aja hehe.. Trus aku tambahin dengan pita hitam dibagian tengah dan kertas berbentuk hati yang aku gunting dari sisa kartu natal hehe.. Kartu ini akan disatukan dengan gift box yang masih aku buat. Jadi, tunggu ya! Foto gift boxnya akan aku upload segera setelah selesai dibuat hehe..

Ini buat pamanku Ayek yang tinggal di Medan. Orangnya sungguh sungguh baik hati! Luv you yek! :) Gambar burung ini aku dapat dari kartu bekas lagi :p kemudian aku beri potongan2 kertas berwarna lembut keemasan di sisi kanan dan kiri lalu diberi sentuhan pola bunga (?) kayaknya sih bunga atau daun maksudnya :P yang pasti senang aja gambar2 daun tapi agak bunga hmm gambar ga jelas gitu.

This card is for my sister Ochie on her birthday. It was a bit late though but I hope she won’t mind :P The cakes images were from old postcard as well as the silver round paper. I only use linen paper then wrote and drew the words and decoration with silver pen to make it visible to read. Coz she loves baking and cooking so I decided to make this cake theme card for her :)

Kartu ini untuk kakak saya Ochie untuk ultahnya. Agak telat tapi mudah2n dia ga keberatan :P gambar2 kuenya di dapat dari postcard bekas termasuk kertas silver yang bundar. Aku hanya menggunakan kertas linen kemudian menuliskan ucapan dan dekorasinya dengan pena silver supaya keliatan kalo di baca. Karena kakakku ini suka masak kue2, makanya tema kartunya berbau2 kue :)

This one is for my aunt in Medan – Bude Sam as she’s been very lovely and always taking care the whole big family :) I hope she’ll like it. This flower image again I got it from an old greeting x-mas card. I added one pink medium ribbon and small maroon ribbon as decoration and drew the square images with pink pen. It’s very simple, fast and easy to make. I keep the painter’s name uncut as an appreciation of her art works! Beautiful painting! :)

Ini untuk bude saya di Medan yang selalu membantu seluruh keluarga kami – kaptennya keluarga besar kami hehe.. mudah2n beliau suka. Gambar bunganya diambil dari bekas kartu natal yang diberi pita medium berwarna pink lembut dan pita kecil merah maroon kemudian diberi gambar kotak2 kecil dibagian atas dan bawah dengan spidol warna pink. Sederhana, cepat dan mudah dibuat. Nama pelukisnya tidak aku gunting supaya keliatan hasil karya yang cantik sekali! :)

This flower card is for my aunt – bulek Itin hehe.. I cut the flower image off an old greeting christmas card. I gave real dried flowers which I bought from a bookstore and attached them all together. for finishing touch, I drew the top and bottom side and put two colors of small ribbons.

I hope this card can make her feel happier :)

Ini buat bulekku – bulek Itin hehe.. Image bunganya aku ambil dari bekas kartu natal. Lalu aku tambahan bunga kering yang dibeli di toko buku (tapi dah lama jadi ga inget belinya dimana, kayaknya dulu waktu di tangerang :P), semuanya di temple jadi satu, diberi pita untuk sentuhan akhir serta gambar di bagian atas dan bawah kartu. Mudah2n kartu ini bisa bikin bulekku makin hepi! Hihihi :)

This card is for my youngest sister – Trisa. For me, she’s kind of cute and fun person :p I just hope this card suits her hehe.. I got these two little bear buttons one of my clothes which I bought from Trisa’s dress collection (if you’re interested go to http://www.beemode.multiply.com). anyway, I love the dress but then I decided to took the button off coz they’re very cute and I just can’t resist! :p The top and bottom papers I got from the old Christmas card again, I gave a small ribbon and put the bear button together side by side and wrote the wording myself! Simple, easy and fast :) again, I made this before I went off to work :p Hope you like it, dek!

Ini buat adek saya – Trisa. Dia orangnya fun dan imut (ehemm.. :P) Mudah2n kartu ini cocok buat loe yah hehe.. kancing beruangnya di dapat dari koleksi baju yang aku beli dari dagangan Trisa (eh, kalo mau liat baju2nya silakan kunjungi http://www.beemode.multiply.com). aku suka ama dressnya dan suka banget ama kancingnya jadi karena ga tahan akhirnya aku copot dari baju, tanpa merusak tentunya! Untuk bagian atas dan bawah kartu dari kertas bekas kartu natal, di hias dengan pita kecil warna maroon dan diberi tulisan tangan sendiri! Sederhana, gampang dan cepet :) dibuatnya pas mau berangkat kerja :p mudah2n suka ya dek!

This pink card is for my niece, she’s going to celebrate her birthday next week :) The image of a little angel carrying gift boxes and glittering paper are from another old xmas card. The dot pattern paper is from a sticker packaging product :p so it’s basically a recycle greeting card hehe.. only the small pink ribbon and “for you” sticker is new :) I just hope she’ll like it!

Ini buat keponakanku yang ultah juga minggu depan :) gambar malaikat kecil bawa kado dan kertas yang glitter di bagian bawah kartu, di dapat dari bekas kartu natal. Kertas yang bermotif titik2 kecil di ambil dari tempat sticker :p jadi sebenarnya ini kertas daur ulang hehe.. Cuma pita kecil dan stiker “for you”-nya aja yang baru :) mudah2n dia suka deh!

Another card for my friend Putri.. for her upcoming birthday next week :) She loves everything that is green. So again, I gave her this dark green card with a little cute sticker that has green leave image and added with small leather ribbon in light green color then decorated it with heart images that I drew with silver pen. I really hope she’ll like this simple card :)

Kartu lagi buat temenku yg bakal berultah minggu depan. Dia pecinta warna hijau, jadi lagi2 aku kasih kartu warna hijau gelap ditambah sticker bergambar daun hijau terang. Di dekorasi lagi dengan pita kulit warna hijau juga, trus di gambari dengan image hati, polkadot dengan pena silver. Mudah2n dia suka kartu sederhana ini :)
